Today… August 22nd, 2011
Outside my window… it is very, very, very hot. And there is absolutely no breeze blowing whatsoever!
I am thinking… about how good a glass of ice water sounds!
I am thankful for… the air-conditioning... Aaah, cool.
I am wearing… a salmon colored shirt and capris
I am reading… Return to Harmony by Janette Oke
I am creating… a shawl
One of my favorite things… a nice warm shower over achy muscles!
For education this week… We have started school a little early, just to get our review over with.
A keeper at home skill I am using/learning … how to can all sorts of different fruits and veggies
A spiritual lesson I’m learning… keeping my cool, even when it would be so much easier just to freak out
A godly character trait I plan to work on… Well, I plan to work on all the fruits of the spirit.
Scripture I am memorizing… Isaiah 52:6 "Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore [they shall know] in that day that I am He who does speak; behold, it is I."
I am praying for… The peace of Yerushaliyim!
For the rest of the week… I will be getting back into the groove of school, and thinking up new things to blog about.
