Hey there!

Sorry for being gone so long! The reason I haven't posted is because... well... I have been suffering from a serious case of writers block. The post ideas I have in mind don't seem to want to transfer from my brain into post form. ;) But here I am with an update for you!!

So, for the past few months my family has been traveling a lot. First it was Sukkot up in Missouri for two weeks (it was great by the way!!) Then we visited some friends in Louisiana for a weekend, and this week we are going up to Oklahoma to help out some friends of ours! Other than traveling, I have been cleaning houses with my mom. It doesn't pay much, but every little bit helps. :) I am still working at the library every week, and keeping up with school. I have a few sewing projects in motion, I finished two messenger bags so far, and have one left to sew! :) I also finished reading a really good book called When Breaks the Dawn by Janette Oke.
It is getting cold here!! As we speak it's about 43 degrees F outside... *shiver* What is the weather like where you're at?

My 15th birthday has come and gone a month ago, gosh! It doesn't seem like it could be a month already! Is it just me, or has this year totally flown by?
Well there's just one last thing, while up in Oklahoma we won't have internet access. So that means no posts for a while, again. :(

Sukkot

Well, I am back! My family traveled to Eminence Missouri for Sukkot, and had an awesome time! Now, I must apologize ahead of time for the lack of pictures, I was having too much fun to be bothered with a camera. So, though I regret to say it, I only have a couple of pictures to share. But! My friend Jenna, who was there in Eminence too, took loads and loads of pictures so just click here to look at all the lovely things we did. :) Here are the pictures I did get though. ;)

My favorite time of year

This is my favorite time of year! Why, you may ask? Well, because Sukkot is only a couple of days away!! And Sukkot is my favorite feast! So anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that I won't be blogging until about the 22nd or so. Happy Sukkot, and remember that His banner over us is ♥.

Outside my window… The flowers are blooming in our front patch! So beautiful! ♥

I am thinking… about all the things I need to pack before Sukkot next week!! It's almost here!! :D

I am praying for… the shalom of my favorite place, Yerushalayim. ♥

For the rest of the week… I will be working at the library, and making lists for all of the things we'll need while camping!

Spider lilies...

When I was outside working in the yard the other day, I noticed these Spider lilies were starting to come up on our front strip of lawn. They come up every year in the fall, and are probably one of my most favorite flowers! :) So delicate and bright! What is your favorite flower?
